1. Introduction

Institute of Pujiang Cross-border E-commerce, ZISU is established in Project One of Zhejiang digital economy, aiming to enhance the collaboration of "Government-Industry-University-Research-Practice" and improve the economy development and industry lifting. The institute embraces the model of "institute + entity". This institute is the first county realization from theory to practice of Cross-border E-commerce Industry of Institute for International People-to-People Exchange (Cooperated by Department of Commerce of Zhejiang Province and ZISU). By relying on school of international business, ZISU, the institute is the comprehensive organization with functions of technology service, talent cultivation, enterprise incubation and responsible for offering consultant services related to cross-border e-commerce in Pujiang, training talent, incubating start-ups, supporting the establishment of cross-border e-commerce brand and stand-alone website and finally accelerating the e-commerce industry development.

2. Mission

This institute is the first realization from theory to practice of Cross-border E-commerce Industry of Institute for International People-to-People Exchange (Cooperated by Department of Commerce of Zhejiang Province and ZISU). The institute would push the comprehensive development of Pujiang and county cross-border e-commerce industry.

3. Vision

"One Vane Three Pools": the institute would try make Pujiang as the vane of development of county cross-border e-commerce. By the institute, Pujiang would be the brainpower pool of national county cross-border e-commerce consultancy; the people-to-people exchange pool of the central and eastern European international trade and cross-border e-commerce; the advanced talent pool of cross-border e-commerce.
