Under the guidance of Zhejiang Provincial Department of Commerce, Zhejiang Provincial Department of Education and China (Hangzhou) Cross-border E-commerce Comprehensive Pilot Zone Construction Leading Group Office, the inaugural conference of "Silk Road E-commerce Industry-Education Integration International Community" initiated by Zhejiang International Studies University was held at Hangzhou International Expo Center on November 26, 2023. 12 universities, 10 enterprises, and 4 industry organizations from 7 different countries including Russia, Brazil, Argentina, and Uzbekistan have become the first founding members. The "Silk Road E-Commerce Industry-Education Integration International Community" will attract more high-quality partners from the "Silk Road E-Commerce" partner countries and the "the Belt and Road" countries.
In order to further expand academic exchanges and cooperation within the Silk Road E-commerce Community, Zhejiang International Studies University and the Universidad Nacional de Rafaela (National University of Rafaela) will jointly host the "2024 Silk Road E-commerce Community Forum" in Rafaela, Argentina from August 21 to 22, 2024. We are calling for papers with topics including but not limited to:

(6) Exploration and Practice of Global Data Cross-border Compliance Governance
(7) New Opportunities and Challenges for Cross-border E-commerce in the AI Era
(8) ESG Strategy and Green Development of Cross-border E-commerce
(9) Big Data and Machine Learning in E-commerce
(10) Social Media and Social Networking in E-commerce
(11) Metaverse Platform and User Behavior in E-commerce
(12) Artificial Intelligence in Marketing and Sales in E-commerce
(13) Entertainment, Virtual Reality, and Augmented Reality in/for E-commerce
(14) Emerging Financial Technology (Fintech) in E-commerce
The conference paper must be an unpublished original paper in English and Chinese or Spanish. The selection of papers is divided into two rounds: the first round is abstract collection, and the second round is the submission of the full text of the selected papers.
(1)Please submit the electronic version of the abstract along with authors’ brief introduction to the following email addresses before February 28, 2024, chenshengnan@zisu.edu.cn (For submission in China) and ecommerce.forum@unraf.edu.ar (For submission in overseas).The abstract of the paper should include English and Chinese or Spanish titles, author's name, abstract, and keywords, with a minimum of 300 words. The email title format should be "2024 Silk Road E-commerce Forum Abstract + Paper Name + Author Name + University Name". Please name the paper abstract document as "Paper Name (Author Name + University Name)".
(2) The conference team (members from China and Argentina) will organize experts to review and issue a full text paper submission notice once it is selected before March 31, 2024. Please submit the full electronic version of the paper to the following email addresses before June 30, 2024, chenshengnan@zisu.edu.cn (For submission in China) and ecommerce.forum@unraf.edu.ar (For submission in overseas)
The entire paper should be within 8000 to 10000 words. Please refer to GB/T 7714-2015 (Chinese)/APA 5th (English) for specific formats. The email title format should be "2024 Silk Road E-commerce Forum Paper + Paper Name + Author Name + University Name". Please name the paper document with "Paper Name (Author Name + University Name)".
